Title: My Basque “u”
Reflecting on “u” I thought about me, and the relationship between the outside and the inside. Basque is my native language, I identify the world around me using Basque words. Spanish did not arrive till way later in my life.
English, on the other hand, has become the language that has allowed me to connect with people from all over the world and develop my passions. With this in mind, I realized that I never connected Basque and English, when learning I would translate English directly from Spanish and not from Basque. Messy I know… So I made a little dictionary with the letter U that has allowed me to connect these two dear languages to me.
